Well, I didn't get to add much in the way of sunflowers as the local TSC was picked pretty clean. I planted a mix  forage oats winter rye as a nurse crop for a white clover mix. After cultipacking the clover I top seeded a brassica mix. I've never done much with the brassicas before, but I'm looking for more diversity and a late season food source.
I did include a bit of sunflower seed, but probably not enough make a difference. I plan to do more with the sunflowers in the spring.
