Howard Hill "Mountain Man" longbow info...??
« on: November 05, 2020, 04:48:35 PM »
A few years ago, I picked up a Hill, "Mountain Man" longbow :archer:

It's 68" 50# @ 28" Brown glass on the back, White glass on the belly, dished grip.
It's a cool looking bow!! But, I can't hit a bull in the a$$ with it!! :banghead:
I go to 3-D shoots with my Hill "Mountain Man" and my Howard Hill back quiver full of woodies...
MAN I look GOOD!!! :archer:

Question is..... What can you folks tell me about this bow???
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

There is a fine line between Hunting, & Sitting there looking Stupid...

May The Great Spirit Guide Your Arrows..... Happy Hunting!!!

I believe it has maple laminations. Been discontinued for years. Post pictures and details of the serial number. I do know the John Schulz made a few of them whilst he was at HHA
