I too decided to hunt this fall with Chad's bows as a memorial to him.  It was 10  years ago Chad made me the River Runner recurve I used to take this buck on November 23.  It is the only custom bow I have ever had made for me and has served me well.

We lost a great bowyer and an even better man. Makes me really appreciate the dual shelf bow he made for me. Always enjoyed talking with him at the GLLI.

I also have a dual shelf that Chad and I got together with ideas to make it. My  Northern Mist was the basic design and Chad went from there. Mine also has dual nocks, 64” and 66”, 45 and 41 pounds. Chad was one of the few that ever valued my opinion........I miss him!!

I was wearing one of the shirts he gave me yesterday. Still hard to believe he’s gone. I imagine it’s going to be tough for his family over the holidays. What a great guy.
