Spot and stalk pig
« on: July 18, 2021, 07:58:56 PM »
Was hot this weekend but we decided on a spook and shoot approach as stands weren't productive.   Walked a long way for one shot.  But I as they went through the tall weeds I was able to get a quick shot off.  I looked for it for a bit but had to get back to the house.  My buddy said he'd go find it and sure enough he found it.
Sorry bout the pic but since I wasn't in on the recovery and I dont know how to photoshop.  . .
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

Good going but one ugly hog-mange or mud-either way glad its on the ground.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

That's the plan!
I really like how it shoots but I thank God for Texas and lots of pigs.  It makes for a bowhunting dream.
