Well for sure my 6x80 get used about as much as anything else. Profiling and hogging off glue squeeze out. Limb profiling etc.

My spindle sander is the most helpful.  I'm not far enough along in my woodworking career to have a belt sander yet.

Bandsaw first then drum sander then edge sander.

Yep, bandsaw is #1. It's the first big shop tool I bought and it would be the last to go.

#2 is probably my drum/thickness sander. At first I wasn't sure I made a good decision with that thing, but now I love it and wouldn't want to be without it.

Everything else is important, but about equally so... edge sander, planer, table saw, jointer, drill press because I have it rigged with sanding drums.

Actually, how they rank depends on what kind of bow I'm making.

Most days, its table saw, band saw ,and widebelt as that's the order I use them in.  Bow building days I use all those and the disc sander, edge sander also...

I am most definitely the DADDY! yet we are still a team.. Most definitely spend more time in front of the wide belt though.
