Since my Widow will not be here for another 12 weeks or so this gives me some time to figure out what arrows I want. I Will be shooting 58@28. I do not have any experience with wood at all, so whatever advice you can give that would be great. Some of the questions I had were..Do they need reg maintence(straightning),.What spine do I need?,How do I even start to bareshaft tune?,Who is a good repitable arrow builder?
Thanks in advance

All I've ever shot is wood. I have never had to maintneance any that I have bought within the last 10 years.
There is a lot of information on bare shaft tuning in the library on this site.
Badgerarrow has made a few for me and he can help you with your needs. Best to describe: bow weight, draw length, type of string. Given that you are shooting a popular model there may be others here who will know a lot more about your setup than me.

Paul Jallon of Elite Arrows ... one of the best arrow builders, very reasonable prices. He is a good man to talk to relative to spine and tuning. However, I would not get too excoited about arrows until you get the bow, or are just about to. The bow will tel you what it wants relative to spine.
Good luck.

I think the wider web-site has a formula for figuring out what spine arrows need to be shot out of wider's.

Without knowing your draw length and desired arrow length, I can't give you an exact spine range. However I can tell you it will be high spine. Example if you draw 28" and desire 29" arrows BOP 80/84 will be your starting point, you can go over that and still get excellent performance. I acually jumped that one spine because at 58# your at the upper end of your minimum spine.
Thats the nice thing about bows cut 3/16" past center, you have a wide range of useable spines. I have made literally thousands of arrows for widows and this formula works very well.
