A San-Mai Hunter
« on: October 05, 2021, 07:31:56 AM »
This got delivered just in time to help with the new deer season.
1095/410 Stainless San-Mai and some stabilized, quarter sawn, end grain, spalted, curly maple.
When the last deer disappears into the morning mist,
When the last elk vanishes from the hills,
When the last buffalo falls on the plains,
I will hunt mice for I am a hunter and I must have my freedom.

There are no scales on that one - she's a hidden tang.

Gorgeous. I love looking at San Mai blades.
There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold.
