From Bowblank to filled freezer!

Went out this morning which is the last day of archery season in wildlife refuge I hunt & had the adventure of a lifetime. Took these two healthy does about ten minutes apart right after daylight. Shot with 45 lb longbow using Magnus 4 blade Stingers. Had passthru’s on both as shots were less than 10 yards from tree!

Bowblank came from Kennym’s shop & I purchased it last year & really enjoyed working on it. Shoot’s great!!!

What a great feeling it must be, having finished the bow yourself, tuned it, chose arrows and then successfully used it as a hunting tool, as intended.
