Hi everyone, I am a younger hunter (23) who has a real interest in trad hunting but no one to show me the ropes. ive been shooting an amf slim line, (only #35) to practice my form, ive recently purchased a wing Gull (#47) and a custom Bighorn (#60) but the issue im having is trying to figure out tuning, best arrows, proper weighting, fletching arrows, etc.. like I said im very new to trad archery and there is so much information everywhere that its overwhelming and somethings contradict each other. im really lost but love the traditional aspect of all things and im hoping there is someone out here to point me in the right direction to get myself started

We'll need a little more information to be able to help you on this.  Like your actual draw length to start.
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

I also suggest subscribing to Traditional Archery and getting Anthony Camera's book "Shooting the Stickbow" as well.

Yes, two year old you tube hunters that have no track record of successful hunts should be wary to new Trad Hunters. Look to those that have killed stuff for decades, and multiple species well beyond deer. Lots of garbage out there from folks that just want to be 'famous' for nothing.  AKA kardashians.

When advice is given, ask for references and pics of actual Trad Kills. As stated above, too many wanna be's want to chime in that have no real life experiences.
