3 peice bow quivers
« on: May 01, 2008, 10:36:00 PM »
Anybody shoot a 3 peice bow with a bow quiver that bolts on the limb?  I am looking real hard at that eagle flight quiver.  Any suggestions?

Just put a bolt-on 4-arrow EFA on my A&H....brown leather w/ black beavertail, bought the extensions on Don's recommendation....

Really like it;  small, light, seems to be quiet so far....I recommend you call Don and let him talk you through what you need to meet your needs

What Fatman said really. I use a limb-bolt EFA (alrhough I modified the brackets a little) & it's the best I've tried, bar none. Light, quiet & simple.

Just like me!  :biglaugh:

Wally, I got a spare eagle's flight bolt on I'll send you to try. PM me your address again.

That said, I've got EF's on all my bows now, best quiver that I've found (for me at least). As for wearing out, insert foam's cheap  ;)

I've also got a Thunderhorn bolt on quiver laying around so you can compare the differences.

Ive got a couple Thunderhorns and a Selway. I have used Great Northerns, wish I still had one. The Thunderhorns are better looking on the bow but the GN hold a tighter arrow pattern and seem a bit lighter. I like to carry at least 5 arrows. They all have worked good for me over the years.
