Longbow Help

I have always shot recurves and recently purchased my long awaited Roy Hall Apache.(New to me) The bow is all that I hoped it would be. Beautiful woods and finish.Dead quiet and a real pleasure to shoot.
I notice just a little vibration.Hardly even noticable, but it is there. The brace height is correct per Roy and I am shooting about 535 grains of arrow. The bow is 47# @ 28". I realize that my recurves are considerably heavier and this makes a difference. Is this normal or can it be tuned out of the bow? Like I said, it is so slight that I am not bothered by it at all. Just want the bow set up to be all that it can be.
Thanks,
Ed

you probably just need to fiddle with the brace height abit more.... Roys recommendation is probably very close but you just may need to tinker a tad more to find the sweet spot...If you think your arrows are on the stiff side i would raise your braceheight a tad...if they are weak try lowering it a tad.... could also be how your gripping too....the apaches are sweet bows..i hope you enjoy..

Thanks for the reply. I'll try tweeking it a bit. Roys recommendedation was 8- 8 1/4". I am on the low end right now . I'll bump it up some.
Been admiring your Apache in the post above.Congrats on a beautiful bow. Love those Apaches.
Take care,
Ed

What Steve said. But I always thought it worked the other way on brace ht and arra spine. Lower brace should make it faster so to need a stiffer arra, right?
Do ya have any string silencers on it?

'TGMM FAMILY of THE BOW"at 211 degrees water is hot.at 212 it boils and cause's steam, which can run a locomotive.is it worth that one extra ounce of effort to finish first, the difference between good and great?

Do you have silencers on her yet? Cat Whiskers and put a quiver on her.Works for me.I had puff silencers on one of my longbows, switched to cat whiskers and threw a quiver on her. Presto.

Yup, got silencers on her. Beaver balls. I'll try moving them out a bit.If that don't work along with some brace height tweeking I'll go to cat whiskers.
Hey, I really appreciate the help guys. The longbow thing is new to me but I am lovin it.
Take care,
Ed
