Thanks for putting the hunt together- had a wonderful time.  Lots of great stories were told.  Still finding stickers and thorns.  I took my pickup in for a tire rotation.  Was called and told there was a massive thorn in the inside sidewall of a tire that couldn't be fixed. When they replaced the tire I asked to see that tire- the damn thorn was as big as a nail and protruded a full inch inside the tire wall.  Zeebob and Ken were inspirations to me- I predict they will be hunting into their 90's and maybe beyond, and all with Ken's handmade bows.  Am still waiting to hear the full story of that broadhead vs a cinder block!

Good hunt.  A lot of seasoned hunters in our group.  I missed out on a lot of great stories by being sick.  Pretty cool that all 3 of the septuagenarians scored, with 2 of them tagging out.

Ken and I had a great time even if the trip down from Arkansas was a bit dicey!  We plan to do it again next year.  We really enjoyed the stories and fellowship!  Ken and I have had a lot of adventures together, but this was the first time either of us had participated in this type of group hunt. It sure was big fun!

A special thanks to Terry for putting this hunt together, and to Jerry for hosting our group on a great ranch!  We are really looking forward to next year!

I'll have to pile on.  Thanks Terry for organizing this event.  It is on the radar for next year.  Enjoyed the talk around the table, it was entertaining and educational.  Had a great time with all and hope to hunt with you fellas again.  Don't think I ended up with thorns in my tires, just me.  Finally got them out of my clothes, so I can get them in the wash.  Definitely a different plan of attack next year.  Have a better list of things to bring.

Sounds like a plan!!! My group of trad guys and I are planning on going to ETAR this year, in tribute to one of our group that passed unexpectedly this year, it was on his bucket list.  I plan on seeing who all will be interested, and when we can put something together. If things work out I will be in touch.
