Hogless, a smoke house is going to be my retirement project.

Pit boss pellet grill for smoking and slow cooking. Breeo fire pit with a homemade grill grate , love being able to cook over the fire pit . Also have a homemade pot hanger that I can hang pots on for soups, stews or chili.

Kamado Joe ( like a big green egg ) for all my outdoor cooking. Can't beat a reverse seared venison back strap finished in screaming hot cast iron pan. Love the versatility  of it, making pizza at 700 degrees to slow cooking a brisket at 225 degrees for 15 hours just blows my mind. Takes some getting use to and not for the set it and forget kind of person. I cook all year long with it since it is so insulated.

... I use a homemade UDS... aka an ugly drum smoker... your just going to have to google it.... super easy to build.... it will hold 270 ° for 6 hours on 8lbs of charcoal ...

I'm not sure what set it and forget it means, but I run a Traeger.

I got an Outdoor Gourmet pellet grill/smoker and a Char broiler charcoal grill.  Stainless steel gas grill hasn't been used since I retired.
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.

I use a Camp Chef pellet smoker. Love it.
Funny seeing this. I just finished this two hours ago. Bear tenderloin wrapped in Bacon. Yum!
It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

Wood....in the grill, in a pit ,  sticks  in my solo stove titan for fuel ...WOOD.  Hickory - cherry- apple - maple ---pine sticks & twigs .....It's all good , and just makes everything cooked over it better .  At the house I use one of these and wood . Char drill deluxe .....just feed it wood ;)

Wolf, that is the same Char Grill I have been using up until last year when I got my Pit Boss.  I added the side fire box to my Char Grill, I used charcoal and hickory chunks in it.

The #1 best was a ribeye grilled on a Traeger by a buddy over in Lake Charles, LA.

I'm only as good as my first shot.
