To go along with Mr. Bisch's comment, don't forget to enjoy the aroma. Just can't do that with carbon nor aluminum. And BTW that smelling is very traditional.

I actually have a box of antique woods gave to me by a now deceased friend. I wouldn't begin to try to shoot them. Wish the box were in better shape but they still look decent.
Rest in peace Mr. Larry and thank you for the thoughtful gift.

I was impressed with pricing as well. You order from the traditional archery stores and you'll pay as much or more.
I'll definitely keep his number.

Figured I'd bring this back up!!!
Gary, Those are BEAUTIFUL arrows!!!! We just might make a "convert" out of you yet! LMAO
Be warned!! There no sweeter smell in the world, than a broken cedar arrow!!!
Once you break one...... You will never "worry" about breaking one again!!

Funny you should say that
Shot a pretty decent round with them out of my longbow yesterday evening but today with the recurve limbs well . . .
One lost, one broken.
I may have said a bad word or two . . .
Challenging course here at Chester.😭
