I happen to have one. Made by the late Chad Holm. He did excellent work! He made a prototype that he sent me , I tried it and sent it back for some changes. He sent it back and it was perfect. Would not let me buy it , but made me a new one to my specs. Here are a photos….

One time at a swap meet I saw an early Howard Hill bow for sale with dual string nocks.  I think it was one made by him rather than the current Howard Hill bow company.  It was way heavier that I could use, even with the string in the upper nocks, but I sometimes wish I had bought it anyway, just to own a bow made by Howard personally (although I’m not sure it was actually made by him and neither was the person selling it).

Thanks Ron. That’s what I was looking for. There’s a few more out there

Leon Stewart and Steve Turay of Northern Mist also make them. I have a Whisper made by Steve but it has single nocks .

I believe J. Ploen's double-nock bow was a Constellation Model 2402.  .

I've made a few double nock dual shelf bows. My shelves were side by side rather than same side. Don't have a dual shelf in the archives but I did find a double nocker that I made for myself while working back to weight after shoulder surgery. The weight reduction was 4-6# for a 1 inch drop on the ends.
I was shooting one at ETAR quite a few years ago now and Chad mentioned he  found it interesting, didn't know he'd made some. We had a few discussions on bow design  in the evenings over a few adult beverages. Great memories.........
