Hi Folks, It's that time again to start planning hunts for  this year!!

TO KEEP THINGS MOVING, PLEASE ANSWER ASAP WHEN I LET YOU KNOW THERE IS AN OPENING.

I'LL GIVE A COUPLE DAYS AFTER  LETTING YOU KNOW BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEXT ON LIST.

BUT THERE ARE OTHER GUYS WAITING AFTER YOU, SO LET'S LET THEM GET TO PLANNING IF YOU AREN'T INTERESTED.

NOTE !!!!!  Cabin owner plans to bowhunt the week before gun season on his property , so cabin won't be available , so no hunt planned that week !!

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:

Cabin pricing - $25.00 per night for each hunter, with a $300.00 minimum for the week for single or small group. (Pay this when you are here, if you need to go home early may save you some cabin rent...)

Has 2 bedrooms (4 beds)  , also a 12x24 sitting/lounging /storytelling room. Bathroom/shower/heat/AC/kitchen appliances/utensils/coffeepot, (no washer/dryer)

Bring towels, washcloths and sleeping bags, no linen on beds.

 Hunting lease is 355 acres in 2 parcels, all in the CRP program , lots of cover, good bedding areas, and crops adjacent on neighboring farms.

I will have 8 ladder stands placed for first day hunt so you can get right to hunting.

I encourage you to scout the properties and hang stands or make spots on ground, deer movement changes quickly and the ladders are hunted all year so they may be avoided if overhunted.

I also recommend rubber boots, and HUNT THE WIND !

4 TRAD ONLY HUNTERS MAX(SELFBOW,LONGBOW,RECURVE)

4 trad hunters max, ONLY 4 for 7 days. The reason for 4 is to keep pressure down so deer don't move off lease.

DEPOSIT OF HALF of hunt cost down , NON- REFUNDABLE

Here are dates and cost for group:

(hunt cost is total divided by  up to 4 hunters, do the math, cheap out of state hunt! )

I HAVE SEVERAL GROUPS THAT ARE HERE EVERY YEAR AND GET FIRST PICK, THEN I GO DOWN THE LIST OF FOLKS ON LIST TILL I FILL THE OTHER SPOTS.
