ACS-CX and Shawnee Morrison 51 and 53 pounds respectively drawn to 29.  Shoot Maxima 250 with a spine of .500.  I shoot a 200 gr field pt and found some nice light long nose BH adapters at 25 grs. with a 160 gr Snuffer.  I don't believer in all the weight that everyone else shoots.  Every whitetail I've shot are double lunged and 2 were over 200 lbs.

Found the adapters at FS Archery.

I shoot the Maximas in some bows. They are outstanding quality shaft. The 150 Maxima is good in bows of around 50 lbs depending on length and point weight.

I am working on a Morrison Cheyenne that is 54@28.  The non-camo (non FOC) CE Maxima's at 29 3/8" with 100 grain brass inserts and 145 field points have tuned up nicely.  I haven't settled on a broadhead but Zickey Delta 4 blades and WW's  both with 100 grain steel screw in adapters and standard aluminum inserts are working out really well.  Also trying a few Zephyr Sasquatch's with a 100 gr glue in adapters that appear to be working out well.  Total arrow weight with the 245 grains on the front is only coming up at around 500 grains.  I am now planning to experiment with a few 350's as I really wanted about 300-350 grains on the front and I just can't get there on the with the 250's.

I don't shoot the Maximas (too pricey), but I have gone almost exclusively to the Carbon Express Terminator Hunter 4560.  Far less expensive than Maximas, just harder to find since they have been discontinued.  Too bad, they have great base GPI and were/are possibly the toughest arrow I've come across, bar none.  I buy them when I find them and have quite a stash.  BTW, I think the CX Rebel Hunters would be a great alternative, with a nice base GPI to work with.

I shoot them  29.5" with 3-4" vanes, 7" wraps, standard insert, 125 grain point which comes out to 500 grains or so.  These fly great in all my recurves that are 50#-55# at my 28.5" draw.  Works so well I see no need to add more weight, but if I wanted it, they fly well with a 50 grain brass insert, but at a loss of speed & trajectory.

I also have CX Terminator Lite Hunters in 6075 (these are still available). I shoot these primarily from my 60# Reflex Caribou, but set up the same as the 4560's but cut to 30" they work just peachy from my recurves.  If anything, being a bit stiffer they are even better with a broadhead up front.  Weight at 30" is about the same as the 29.5" TH's.

I've had good luck with Cabelas Stalker Extreme 5570's, which are Beman ICS sold with the Cabelas logo.  With a GPI of only 8.4 they need a fair bit of extra weight to get them to 10GPP for Trad, but are very good and raw shafts are only around $50 a dozen...

I think you'll find that with carbon arrows, length affects spine more than up front weight, within reason...

I shoot Maxima 150's, they are the .495 spine.  I shoot 48lbs at 29.5" cut the arrows to 30.5, use 125 grain tip with 50 grains screwed into the back of the insert.

Up above someone stated the 250's are spined at .500, that is incorrect, they are around .400 depending if they are camo or not.

I'm using the Maxima 250 cut 30" with 125 grain point.  Shooting out of a DAS Elite 50@29.  These shafts have excellent consistency in both spine and weight.

The single issue with Maximas for Trad (which are great arrows), which I neglected to point out earlier is that they have one of the lightest GPI (I believe it's 8GPI in the 250's which would be about right for your setup) of any carbons made.  Clearly they are meant for the speed compound shooters, not Trad guys.

The Rebels I mentioned are 10.6GPI in the 4560's.  Terminator Hunter 4560s are in that ballpark.(I just put together a bunch of TH 4560's for hunting, 29.5" with 8" wraps, 3-4" vanes, alum inserts, and 125 grain broadhead, that came out to 515 grains)  The only heavier comparable spined carbons I'm aware of are the CX Heritage 250's, which are 11GPI...

Quite a bit of weight would have to be added to a Maxima get them up around 10GPP or better...

Hey, I've been trying some Maxima 150 3D select shafts.  They seem to be quite good.  30" arrow, 250grns up front, 48@29 recurve w/ ff string.  They are high as a cat's a@# though!
