I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

Eric;
It takes a bit more exercise to stay at those levels.  Try to shoot regularly, and do a G. Fred Asbell exercise routine.  "Strong like a Bull"

It was in an early Bowhunter magazine.  And involves used heavy rubber bands.  I'll see if I can post it.
