Jack, with what sharpening system? I can do that with Ace in 1 munite with jewel stick.

They are easy to sharpen for sure.  :jumper:

ACE is a fantastic head!  Rugged,  easy to sharpen,  plenty tough and priced right.
The people at ACE are plenty nice too

They are nice for the price, and they are tough. I like the straight edge express. I use a lansky to sharpen mine.

Just got my first 6 Ace heads the other day. I have not tried to sharpen them yet, but will be doing so soon using a Gatco sharpening system.

I tried to buy some a few weeks ago and couldn't find any in stock.  Where are y'all getting them?

I’m trying ace express 165’s for the first time this year. They were a “white elephant” gift from Homey88 a while back.  They sharpened well with my 6” mill bastard file.  I polished them on a buffing wheel also.

Thanx!   I'll get some ordered when I get back to the house.  I can't believe I got the wood itch so bad but dang they fly so nice.

Taken two shots with ACE and both kills, both heads could be used again- I have no problem sharpening them with a file and stone...
