I am looking for a custom back quiver to my specs. Any suggestions on who can do this for me?

Check out Mike's Archery Leather.  He is a sponsor here.  I don't have one of his quivers but he has made me some top notch arm guards.  He is super fast and his prices are very competitive.  Nice guy too.  Has a monthly give away.

i vote for mr catts i bought a quiver from him and couldn't think of getting one anywhere else now.

only top notch gear, customer service, quality product, and just one heck of a guy!

Rich, if you make it to the Baltimore shoot next weekend, as I suspect you will, you'll have two of the very best leathersmiths in the country there. Steve Catts and Art Vincent. If they can't make what you want, no one can.
