I believe Mr Elk Ken is up there, I'm sure he will chime in.

Welcome to Washington, your in a great spot there in Ellensburg. I live on the West ( wet ) side of the state. There is a great trad shoot every spring put on by the Traditional Bowhunters of Washington in Moses Lake an hour east of you, usually mid April. I would suggest getting a current game laws pamphlet and studying it to get familiar with ALL the requirements for hunting in Washington.

I spend my winters in AZ but will help out any way I can, just PM me with any questions. I'm not a facebook guy but you might try finding Traditional Bowhunters of Washington on Facebook to make some connections also.
