Late Season Hunting
« on: January 23, 2023, 09:38:57 PM »
I was invited to hunt with a great group of guys on some public land in Arkansas. I found a Nutall oak still dropping acorns and from the tracks and droppings I knew I was on a hot spot. First sit this big doe came in to 16 yards and I was fortunate to make a good shot. She only ran about 65 yards before piling up. I was shooting my Palmer Longbow 42#@26” 62” amo
Talltines StickFlinger 50#@26” 62” amo
Palmer Longbow 43#@26" 62" amo
Zona T/D Recurve 48@26" 58" amo
Osage Selfbow 38#@26” 64” amo
Toelke Whip 43#@26” 62” amo

I haven’t used them on deer, shot a hog with one this summer.

Congratulations Corey.  She's a big ole gal.
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.
