Thanks.... I was watching your lay up closely and noticed that you laid the top piece of 45/45 carbon weave on top of the glass with the bond breaker already spread, then placed it on top of the other two layers of twill carbon without flipping it over.... Are you not concerned with contamination? What are you using for a bond breaker on the glass? and what type of epoxy are you using for the carbon?
I've played with a lot of carbon over the years, and found that a thin kerf carbide tipped saw blade works excellent in a table saw for ripping those carbon sheets.
