Very nice mate, I like the colour combo as well. Is that going to be your "Down Under" bow mate?

Steve and Shaun - as much as it hurts me I'm not going to be at Comptons this year.  I'm going on the Quebec Bear Quest instead, and yes, the Sunbear will be making the trip!   :goldtooth:

Frank, we should plan on getting together and doing some shooting - seems like we're not going to run into each other unless we plan and make it happen!

Al, for the big trip down under I will probably have to just bring a takedown of some type.  I'm afraid I'd be too nervous traveling that far with a one piece

Wow!!  I'm sure glad that one is riding up to Quebec.  If I can pry Whips hands off of it and wrassle with JC for it, I might even get to shoot it   :bigsmyl:  Doc

Very Nice! All the best with it!
Someday you and I will take the Great Hart by our own skill alone, and with an arrow. And then the Little Gods of the Woods will chuckle and rub their hands and say, "Look, Brothers. An Archer! The Old Times are not altogether gone!"

Wow, no Whip at Compton...this is going to be hard to take...it is an institution!

Who will bid up all the stuff I want in the auction...and ONLY the stuff I want in the auction   :D

Well, good luck in Quebec.  A couple years ago, I left early from a Quebec bear hunt and drove straight thru to make the chili contest   ;)

If I were driving that might have been an option, but I'm flying out to Tippits and riding up with him and JC, so there won't be any coming home early.

I will miss Comptons more than you know - I look forward to that every year as much as any hunting trip.  But being able to go on a bear hunt instead isn't winning me much sympathy from anyone I complain to.   :bigsmyl:

Oooooooh thats nice!!!  If Charlie builds a bow like he tells a story then its gotta be a good'n.  One of these days I hope to meet someone who actually has one of those prizes and will let me shoot it.
