Tradtech Titan 19in ILF bow
« on: October 29, 2023, 06:43:49 PM »
Hi all,

I've taken a break from the trad stuff for a little bit and am just starting to properly get back into it now. The ILF thing has never got me particularly excited but I decided to build up some heavier hunting arrows for my rig and look to start getting some critters on the ground with it over summer.

Here is a video about the bow, for anyone interested.

Nice rig, personally I love my ILF rigs as I find them to provide the greatest consistency in my shooting and I appreciate how quiet I can get them and the speed of the bow/arrow.

Yes, it's a great shooting bow and the tunability is great. I don't have those options on any of my other bows. I had my springy rest a fair way out when I was tuning and cut an inch off these arrows straight away. The bare shafts started trending a little on the stiff side and I shot over a period of about 24 hours to confirm. I got annoyed at myself but remembered I could adjust the rest and a few other things and they came right back into tune nicely.

It's not as nice to look at as my other bows but I'm definitely looking forward to hunting with it and it's easier to pull than all the others as well.

I went for a quick hunt with this bow recently and got this little billy goat on the ground.
