CX Spine Deflection

Does anyone know where I can find the spine deflection chart for carbon express arrows.  Or does anyone know the deflection for the heritage series 250 or 350.  I want to load some up with about 400grns up fromt for some extreme FOCs.

I looked around online and cant seem to find a chart that shows the deflection in inches.

I remember reading you subtract the number on the shaft from 650 to give the spine, so 650-250=400.

CX Heritage 250's have a spine deflection of .387 and the 350's spine is .320.
