Tradtracker January Update
« on: January 30, 2024, 11:00:30 AM »
I shot this buck several days ago.  The arrow pulled out of the deer 50 yards away with the string intact.   The shot was good but there was no blood for the first 40 yards.   I let my one year old blue lacey Sam find the deer for practice.

Cool video also. I used your string tracker on 3 deer this year by the way.  I love it!

I got a tracking call on the last day of our Alabama season from a guy who said he was sure he missed a deer with his longbow and shot another one only to find out he had hit the first.   I told him that if he had used a Tradtracker that would not have happened.   He ordered one the next day.   BTW my dogs could not find either deer and we found no blood.   I believe the wounds were superficial but a Tracker would have at least confirmed which way they went.   I simply do not see any downside of using one!

Congrats, Bama!!!

I'm still trying to catch up from 3 weeks in Texas. Much Appreciate it  for the string trackers. The guys loved looking at them and running around with them. Unfortunately no one connected with an animal with them.

I will be glad to auction these off the next saint jude aution if you would like. However i'm gonna keep one from the trip for my own personal use and review.

Fine work Norman and Tradtracker...

My little gem made 25 successful recoveries this season...two wounded deer in December... had blood that completely stopped at under 150 yards...she recovered one at 2 1/4 miles and the other at 3.1 miles...takes plenty of faith to stay with the track that far without another drop of blood...none of the professional group have had to come to the farm in the past two years after putting her on her 1st track.
