Has anyone tried the ACE Roll-R-Straight to take the kinks out of aluminum shafts?

No, really never gave it much thought but it might work with thicker walled shafts. Depending on how sever the bend putting to much pressure on the roller might crush thinner walled shafts. You would also need a perfectly flat surface (not the kitchen table) to work on.

No saving a kinked arrow.

“Kinked” , looks like a cigarette in an old Bensen&Hedges commercial. Bending it back it will snap

Guess what I meant was a more gradual bend.

I haven't tried it, but I don't think it would work.  It works on wood shafts by applying pressure against the bend, but also by compressing the wood fibers on the outside of the shaft.  It will not compress aluminum. I suppose it is one way of applying pressure to the bend, however.  I've never had much luck straightening aluminum shafts to the degree of straightness I wanted.

I was just thinking that even pressure along the shaft might help.

Have a 2117 with a serious bow in it, I'll try on that one.

Straightening an aluminum arrow requires that the arrow be bent slightly past straight in the direction opposite the bend, same as straightening wood by hand. The Ace Roller is a wheel on an axle that rolls along the shaft, as mentioned above, to compress wood fibers. I suppose you could roll it along aluminum, not for compression, but to apply pressure not compression. I think it would be cumbersome. Much easier to roll on a table, bend by hand and roll again. Repeat until straight. Also, bends near the end of the shaft, IMO, are not straightenable.
