Tenn. Classic pics
« on: May 05, 2024, 06:26:36 PM »
Post them if you got them.
Unfortunately I was unable to go. A good friend in Savannah passed away last week so I headed east to Savannah instead of west to Twin Oaks. I'm jonesing so I need to look at pics of the friends, fun and food.

Pat - I was going to track you down at the Tennessee Classic, introduce myself, and run some self bow questions by you while I had a few of my bows there. I ran into Pappy and talked to him for a bit, he filled me in on your situation.  My condolences on your friend.

Thanks for the condolences, Burnsie.
Pappy is as good as it get when it comes to selfbows. I'm sure he steered you right. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have and I'll do my best to answer them for you.
Thanks for the pics.

Thanks for the pictures, I got to see it of course setting it up but had no time to shoot it at the Classic, we left it up so those of us that didn't get to shoot which was most of us can shoot it this Saturday as a club shoot then tear it down, looking forward to getting out there and see what it looks like from the stakes . Seems everyone loved it, glad they enjoyed. Sorry Pat didn't get to make it but he did send me this beautiful brain tanned possible bag. Thanks Pat !!!

Pappy, I thought it appropriate and fitting that I make you a bag from the brain tanned leather you tanned yourself.
