I know there are those out there, who, like me, think they have to try every bow there is before they decide to settle on one for good.  Those people can sympathize, everyone else probably thinks we're crazy.  Anyway, got my new to me Abbott, 66", 63#@28", and my new to me Hill Wesley, 68", 60#@28", on consecutive days this week.  Sure makes it hard to get any work done.  Here are some pics.  The Hill is ebony riser with black glass, and the Abbott is Bocote riser with Quilted Maple (I think).  I would love some arrow help if at all possible.  I was thinking beman 340s, but have been having some trouble with those.  I shoot a 31.5" arrow, and draw 30" with these bows.  Any help would be great. Enjoy!

That Wesley looks awesome with the ebony riser. Congrats on your new toys.

Still need help on the arrows, if you have any ideas...

Howdy Brack,

I'm now thinking that just plain ol 2020's or even some 2018's would work on the Wesley. I was shooting 2016's 29" long with 145 up front. Just let me know and I think I can come with with a few 2018's and 2020's and I'll send some up. I'll leave them uncut so you can play around with them.

Steve-
I like the idea of the 2020s.  I just realized I have some Grizz stick sitkas sitting around, if they dont work, I may take you up on your offer...

B M A

Nice.  I think the 2018 would be the one for both.  The Sitka'a will probally be to weak for the weight you are shooting.  Worth a try though.  Every bow is different.  Your bows may like them.

Brock- Thanks for the string, its a beauty!  I am gonna try some 2018s tomorrow and see how they do.
