Bowyers and their clients have mutual responsibilities. The biggest problem by far is communications at every level and usually the first client concern is not getting return communication from the bowyer.
Give it a reasonable period of time, perhaps two weeks. If you can't get a response within that time frame, make sure you've done everything possible to contact your bowyer. This means phone calls as well as emails.
If there is still no communication from your bowyer after three weeks, PM or email me directly -
[email protected] - with the exact details of your bow transaction from day one to the present.
