New Morrison!
« on: June 08, 2008, 10:33:00 AM »
Well I got a new Morrison in the mail this week and I wanted to share it with everyone.  I had the riser and a heavy set of Arapahoe limbs, and I have read on here about the new carbon foam-core Dakota limbs, so I couldn't stand it and I ordered me a set.  Man o Man.....those things are smooth, quiet, and fast.  My riser is Curly-Koa with Kudu Horn inlay on the front.  The limbs are backed with Northern-Pacific Rattlesnakes and also tipped with Kudu Horn.  I do have the pinecone engraving but it is hard to see from the pics.    Th e bow is 52#'s at 28" and is 62" inches long.  Bob even refinished the riser and made my whole set-up look brand new.

Hey Rastaman my other limbs are very nice also but are 66 lbs so I just don't shoot them much.  These are quieter and are very fast for a lighter bow.  The thing you will notice the most is they are just so silky smooth and easy to shoot.  I am by no means a good shot but I can hit where I look and I could do it with this bow right away.

That is a very sweet looking setup...nice wood grain there.  I am enjoying mine tremendously. I shoot it pretty much every day, even if it means going outside after dark.  These foam core limbs are kinda addictive...Tge

Very nice looking bow! Love the Koa.

I just received mine a few months ago and it is by far the best shooting bow I have.

They are INCREDIBILITY smooth.  Bob does a great job and you simply can't go wrong with his equipment.

I think Bob is going to be making more Kudu Horn accented bows from now on

Very Nice!!! I have a set of limbs on order as well. This will be my first Morrison. I bought a stock riser from Bob, so I am just waiting on limbs.
