what should i do

I recently placed a pretty large order from one of the site sponsors. well i just got back home from being away could not wait to open the package. after opening i found that some of order was not there and some was mixed up. i bought a dozen new arrows and the ones they sent me have to be blems. i have never owned a set but the wood grain is messed up and ink off the name seem to be rubbed off in places. they forgot a string and sent me two longbow tips protecters after just asking for a longbow and recurve. the tip is excactly the same just in a recurve package. i will contact them on monday. should i just ask for my money back on the items? i have never dealt with these people before but if they can not make it right i will have to take my business back to the regular place.

I am sure they will make it right. I would give them a chance first. I have not met a sponsor on here yet that would not make it right. Best thing to do is probably send this package back and have them do a new order for you. I always wait to judge because we never know the circumstances sometimes. maybe a new employee or something.JMHO.

Give a chance to make it right. Mistakes happen, and now you can find out what the customer service is really like.

I agree, give 'em a chance to make it right first. If that doesn't work, or they treat you like you are the one who made the mistake, get your money back and drop 'em. Hope they make it right for you.
