Not too long ago someone posted a method to remove hit inserts and I can't remember exactly what it was. I know it involved putting something in the nock end then swinging the arrow. Anyone remember?

One method is too find a drill bit or steel rod that fits inside the shaft loosely.Take out the nock end and you whip the rod toward the floor to nock out the insert.I find it best to kind of wad up a blanket or towel to catch the insert and bit so they don't go flying all over the place.I have also done was to very carefully drill out the insert if I get a stubborn one that won't come out.But I only drill out the aluminum inserts.
