Lone Wolf Gun Holder Grommet

Their website this is what should be used for trad bows...does anyone have any feedback as to if they would work with my Vortex?

I personally have never had any luck with either of the WL grommets. Now I just place my bow in my lap when sitting and sometimes use a hook when standing.

IMO I would save the money and look for something else.

On a wide limbed recurve it is OK. On a narrower limb longbow it is useless. On the wider limb it kinda wedges in and holds but on the narrow ones the bow has to lean all the way to one side or the other and simply doesnt hold in there well enough to be trusted. I havent tried modifying it for LB but I may give it a shot. Steve
