An Archer To Be Celebrates
« on: July 08, 2008, 10:45:00 PM »
My Greatgrandson, Markell (and Mom, Onesty),celebrates his first Birthday (today) with his new Dano Gren Osage Bow. A sweet little 45", 20# @ 15" It's accurate also - I short drew a few shots with kids arrow (no surprise to me as Dano has made two fine Osage bows for Markell's two older sisters previously). Thank you, my old friend.

Thanks, Brian. BTW, I think Onesty thinks Dano is her second Grandfather and she is in love with his skill on the Osage bows (she appreciates artistry of all kinds). Who knows - maybe one of these years she will join all three of her youngsters in arching the bow (be still my heart -    :)  )

Nice looking kid(and Mom)Bernie. Maybe Markell can get a spot on the Taylor/John Davis shooting team soon. See ya at ATAR. Your friend Don

Gee, that would rally be a nice scenario, Don - but of course Markell sadly doesn't have the "consistant shooting genes" behind him that those candidates have - LOL

Killie, I always have smiles to loan to you - and I am indeed rich, and blessed.
