Well things have finally started to click in this old nogen of mine, having no mentor around here to learn from I've been using this site for my mentoring. I got my bow (a 65# Wes Wallace stealth)in may and have been practicing hard to get my state bow hunters certificate. I've asked a lot of stupid questions about aiming and arrow tuning ect, and learned from reading other threads. I passed my written exam and now I'll do the shooting part the 24th of this month. There's a 27 yd shot in the test , I'm pretty deadly now at 20 yds but things just weren't working at 30. Today things just started to click, and I'm putting three arrows out of three in the kill zone on my river bottom buck 3-d pretty consistently. I know I wouldn't have come along near as fast without the help from this site, and by the way I'm hooked.

So Thanks!

Good luck with the test, best part is there is some leeway in tests! The one thing for sure is anybody old or young and new wanting to learn to shoot or tune. Is way a head spending a little time here. Asking only what THEY though was a stupid question.
