Arrow help for my sons 65' Kodiak Magnum

Hey guys and gals. I just got my sons 65' Kodiak Magnum at 43#, he draws 22" and was wondering what carbon arrow would shoot best at his DW. I was thinking CE Heritage 90 or GT 3555 cut to 27". Do you think this is a good start for him or maybe leave them longer! Any help would be great as I'm not sure where to start with this one!
Thanks
Joe b!

I would choose the Heritage 90's over the GT's for it has a slightly weaker spine. The CX 90 has a spine of .531 and the GT 35/55 has a spine around .480.Easton Excel 600 may even be a better choice. With carbons I like to start full length to see them fly before I do any cutting. But also some light spined aluminum's may fit better like 1616,1716 or 1813,you roughly loose 2.5 -3 pounds per inch from a 28" draw.At 22" he is roughly pulling around 25# from 43#@28.

At that weight any carbon will be entirely too stiff....even if full length. A 1616 at 25 or 26 inches would probably be okay.
