Don't know about Unit 9 but I hope to find some in 6A, 6C. I had to pick up a land owner tag. Did you?

YEAH, about the only way to hunt the west anymore is landowner tags, for me anyway! I've been in the draws over 15 years now and have drawn 1 tag [Arizona] in 2000. I bought a landowner tag last year in U34 and had a good hunt. I've hunted the Floyd Lee Ranch in U9 a couple of times with USO, of course this tag is not good there. Good Luck!

Charles: When is your hunt? I drew a New Mexico 16D second season tag with a couple of friends. We are going down there this weekend to check things out. I don't know anything about your unit. I can ask about it when I'm down there. Jim Shanks

Jimscol....16D is a great unit. I hunted there many years ago (when it was easier to draw) and we saw lots of animals. Scouting really helped us out and talking to locals. Have a great trip and best of luck....
