Video Camera Battery

I posted this in the photograhy section but thought I would post it here as well. Moderators, if this needs to be deleted in this section that is fine.
I recently purchased a Sony DCR-SR45 video camera and want to buy an additional battery. Where is the best place to buy a battery and should I stay with the Sony brand or is an off brand ok as well?

Rick,
Here's a place that has great battery products--their stuff is as good or better than O.E.M. items at good prices.

Rick, I bought a couple of aftermarket batts for my Sony at Walmart and they work as good if not better than the Sony batt. Definitely run longer.
