Cavalier tabs-difference?

What's the major difference between the Elite and Ultra Lite Elite, other than the Ultra Lite is half the price?
I want to try one, but just for backyard practice and hunting. Why should I spend twice as much for one? What benefits are there?

I believe the Elite has a cordovan facing and aluminum and the Ultra Lite uses Super leather with composite.

I own them both. Both do exactly the same thing, with the aluminum UltraLite Elite being heavier, and able to replace the leather/backing of the tab by unscrewing the aluminum pieces. The UltraElite also has a thumbshelf that's removable, both have an antifinger pinch piece that's removable.
Out of the two, I use the standard more than the Elite. Both are outstanding tabs, I'd definately buy another standard if I misplaced either.

I've had both tabs and prefer the Elite by a large margin. The Cordovan facing is far superior to the super leather, in my opinion. I used the standard for a long time and the super leather ended up getting a rubbery, sticky feel to it. The cordovan face of my Elite gets more comfortable, not to mention slicker and slicker the more I shoot it. I would spend the money and go with the Elite roght off the bat if I had it to do all over again.

I have both and for the difference I will buy the standard from now on. I also had the screws work loose in the Elite...little bitty screws!

I have shot both and owned the Elite. I liked it better than the standard, but I couldn't ever get comfortable with it and gave it away. Back to a Saunders for me.

Cordovan leather all the way here. It will be worth the difference in the long run, as long as you don't loose the tab.

You had a bad day on the course because of a few loose screws?
Wish someone would make a tire from cordovan leather--can't wear the stuff out.

More than one person has said that LBR!
I would have been disappointed if someone hadn't jumped on that!
