I will try to find some of these restaurants.

My time in KC is going to start with a tour of Boulevard Brewery. And one restaurant near Cabela's is Yardhouse, 100+ beers on tap. Yum!

Thanks for all the suggestions!
Dan

If You go to Daniel's on Sunday Slabs of Ribs are only $10.00.

Does Braveheart actually have a store in Independence?

After the brewery tour stop in one of the many Mexican restaurants along Southwest Boulevard. Manny's, Margarita's, and Ponaks are a few of my favorites.

All good advice posted. If you make it to Bass Pro in Independence MO, head on east to Blue Springs to the Texas Roadhouse. It is good eating.

Bass Pro really doesn't have much in traditional. Your best bet is Mike at the Nocking point.
