Matlock Longbow, 50.5@28, cedar arrows, Magnus 2 blade, I call turkeys with my voice. Occasionally I will use this slate call that my father used back in the day. April 14th cannot come soon enough! T

Bob, you're just around the corner from me.  Anyway, Jeffery TD 55lbs at 28.  2016s w/ snuffers.  Ditching the bug tamer this year...just too hot and the Thermacell gets r done.  Tree seat.  Binos.  Camelback daypack to carry Sceery blow up dekes, treeseat, pruners, and water.  Custom box, LilDeuce, a few assorted diaphrams.  Sneaky Leaf applied to camo clothes for extra concealment.  Man I'm ready for some run'n and bow'n!

Ferret,

As always, we're looking forward to your "annual pictorial" on the birds ramping up for the season outside your windows.

Here in MI, we'll find out what tag we drew on March 1st. Depending on the season you draw, you get from one week to 3 weeks to chase gobblers from April 20th (or thereabout) through the end of May.

I'll be using a Super Shrew Samurai, Beeman MFX woodgrain arrows and 3 blade Razorcap heads. Will use some decoys too and the makeup will depend on which hunt and whether I'm in a safe setup spot (I'm leary of jake decoys in thick spots where I can't see beyond the decoy).
