new bow

im relativily new to traditional bowhunting. i just got my fred bear grizzly recurve 45# @28 im thinking about shooting zwicky's broadheads what would be a good wieght to start with? and what kind of carbon shafts would be best without having to add alot of wieght im thinking carbon express 150s maybe..

you could shoot the black hawk vapor 2000's ,john at sipsey river has a closeout sale on them,he is a sponser on here ,dozen shafts for less than 40.00 ,they are tough to,i shot them full length with 145 grains up front,just my thought,think they are 35.00

165 grains up front too much for a 45# bow?
