spine tester

Can anyone supply plans or specs to build a spine tester? I don't shoot woods too often and am 2 cheap to buy one. Thanks

He makes his from hardware store stuff & uses a cheap dial indicator for the deflection measurement.

Thanks for your information. I checked the site and it looks good. Also I already have a spare dial that I removed from an arrow straightener and use the base to check if my arrows are bent.
