What string

55 lb@28. browning nomad stalker. 52" long.

What string will I need?

to be B-50, if it can take FF then FF

length of string would be 48" +/-

What should is the recommended brace height of this bow?

If you stick a 48" B-50 dacron string on on leave it strung overnight to stretch.  Then set the brace height at 7.5" - 8" measured from the deepest part of the grip.  The bow may be very noisey at that point.  Twist up until the bow quietens down.  This will give you the longest power stroke possible from that bow.  You can fine tune from there as you match arrows to bow.  Max brace height would be around 9".
