Floss for your nocks

I too use waxed dental floss for all my bows.  One above and one below.  I finish mine off with a drop of fletch tite worked in.  I shoot alot, almost every day, and they hold up very well.  I do have to do a minor repair or two over the year, but we always have dental floss at home or even in camping gear, so it's two uses for one item, and that saves a little money, and every dime counts these days.  Tge

I have used dental floss, but all I use now is B-50. It's tougher than floss. I just tie a series of overhand knots until it looks right, then melt the tag ends. Lasts as long as the string.

I use 30lb nylon fishing line. You have to put some bow string wax on it but it works great and you can find it in any sporting goods store.

You guys forgot to tell him that if he buys mint flavored waxed floss it will smell good at full draw!

I use old bowstring.  Wash it to get all the oils/wax out and then I superglue the last couple overhand knots.

I think old Dacron fishing line would work just as well.

I have been using it for years.  Tie it on and use the glue over the top, that way you can actually "screw" the serving up or down for tuning, then tie in anothe tight piece to lock it down

I use a different colored piece of any string making material. Tie overhand knots each half lap and top off with a dab of glue.
