G'day Denny, and well-done! Is that bow tillered for 3-under? How long have you been shooting 3-under? My PLX is tillered for split, and I shoot 3-under just fine with it. All the best to you and yours for the rest of the season/s.

Hey Ben, I tried it for the first time at the end of June and decided it was for me. My bows are also standard tiller and seem to work fine.

Good shot Denny. If you would have been down here in the swamp you would have had to wrestle a big lizard for her.RC

Good arrow Denny! It's good to see you can still hunt with a bow during gun seasons in Michigan. Bow hunting is shut down during our gun seasons in all zones but a couple.

CONGRATULATIONS Denny!!!!!!!!!!   :clapper:

I've been shooting 3under for about 5 years now.All of my bows are standard tillered also, but I raise my nock point about 5/8" above shelf height. It seems to quiet them down more.

Did you have to raise yours?????
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

I skipped the early gun season. Thought about bow hunting, but I have a couple of new ground blinds  set that I was afraid a buck would come in to if I hunted the doe season. Also, our youth hunt is this weekend, and didnt want to spoil it for my son. We both decided to wait. don't want to accidently spook any of the bucks before they are fair game. Plenty of time to shoot a doe, and we will.

Congrats Denny, nice fat Mich. meat doe ya got there. Great shot too.
...stood alone on a montaintop, starin out at a great divide, I could go east, I could go West, it was all up to me to decide, just then I saw a young hawk flyin and my soul began to rise......
