Recieved Arrows I won From Badger Arrow
« on: October 20, 2008, 06:50:00 PM »
these arrows are real nice. I got home from work and started trying different gr points on them. next thing you know I have both bows strung. For me they shot best from my Bob Lee Stick Pro 53# @28". I also tryed my damon Howatt Hi speed 49# @ 28". I tried 100gr 125gr and 150gr. My Howatt shot best with 125gr. my Bob Lee shot great with 150 up front. Over all I'm very pleased with these arrows. very hard hitting and fly great too. thanks Paul. You did a nice job with these shafts. Real sweet looking arrows.

Has anyone else tried the grizzly styk woodies? What did you think of them? I shot them again tonight. I like how they fly and how hard they hit. Never shot any of the grizzly styks before. Tough arrow.

AB put all woodies on hold for now because of mis marked deflection

Ron, You are one of the first to shoot these arrows.  Glad to see they worked out for you.  The arrows shot best for me from my 53lb Thunder Stik III vs my 47# Bruin.

FYI on the hold, I got one of the first shipments of the New Woodie shafts.  I call AK Bowhunting and was assured that the shats I have are not mis-marked.

Congrats! Now post up the pics so we can all drool.

I'll say that Paul at BadgerArrow creates some GREAT arrows, and his service is very, very good.

So let's see 'em!
