it's difficult to answer your question because all the variables you mention will vary from bow to bow, even with the same draw weight. finding the right arrow length, weight, tip weight combination for my bow took me about a month. if you don't have an arrow saw, i would start with CE 250's with a 75 grain brass inserts and 145 grain tips. adjust tip weight - up or down - until your arrow flight is good. that would be a reasonable starting point. without an arrow saw you can only adjust point/insert weight, and it's better to start off with a stiffer arrow - 250 vs. 150 - in my opinion. i personally use CE heritage 350's with a 75 grain insert and a 175 grain point for a 60lb. bow.
